So tender, flavorful, and easy to make, these beautiful little bite-size steak bites are absolutely delicious. The perfect low-carb dinner recipe for anyone who loves good food and fast recipes, these garlic butter steak bites are ready to enjoy in just 10 minutes. Fantastic right out of the skillet, or with all your favorite sides; all you need is a few simple ingredients and a hot skillet. The whole family will love it so much, they’ll be begging for it on repeat.
Start by adding a little olive oil to a large skillet set over high heat. Once the oil is hot (see recipe tip #2), add as many pieces of steak to the skillet as possible without crowding the pan (tip #3). Season generously with salt and black pepper.
Allow your steak to cook before stirring (tip #4), but don’t leave them for too long, either (tip #5). After stirring, allow them to cook for an additional couple of minutes.
Reduce the heat (tip #6) and melt butter in the pan (more if you like it extra buttery). Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute. Return the steak back to the skillet and stir to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Continue to cook stirring often.
Garnish with fresh parsley and season with additional salt and black pepper, if needed.
