How to Make Kalbi

Marinate short ribs in a plastic bag for 4 hours, ideally overnight. Allow to come to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat grill or pan over medium-high heat.

Remove marinated ribs, discard excess, grill on grill for 3-5 minutes each side, repeat with remaining short ribs. Serve with kimchi, white rice, lettuce, and green onions.
