This easy Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast is my favorite no-fuss alternative to a full-size turkey. Perfect for smaller groups or families, the result is juicy, delicious, perfectly seasoned roast turkey breast every time!

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a roasting pan with foil and a greased rack. Combine butter, garlic, thyme, sage, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1/3 of this mixture under the turkey breast skin and the rest over and inside the turkey. Bake for 2 ½-3 hours, basting every 30-45 minutes.
Cover the breasts with foil when the skin is golden. When the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it, let it rest for 15 minutes, and serve with optional orange slices and herb garnish.
