- Dried White Beans - Thick Cut Bacon - Onion - Carrots - Celery - Garlic - Fresh Thyme - Rosemary - Black Pepper
Cook the bacon. After the bacon is done remove and drain. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook, stirring occasionally until softened.
Add beans. Add the beans and 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 1-2 hours.
Pour into a bowl, add crumbled bacon to the top and enjoy!
