Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup blueberry yogurt
  • 1 cup milk, almond, soy, cow, etc
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add oats, yogurt, milk, almond extract, and chia seeds to a large mason jar and mix well- I usually stir with a spoon and (with lid attached) shake well. Once chia seeds are evenly combined with the remaining ingredients, place oats in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours. When ready to eat, stir well and top with blueberries, almonds and honey (or sweetener of choice).
