Raspberry Almond Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup milk almond, cow, soy, coconut, etc
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt you can use honey or vanilla yogurt if you like things really sweet
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen, plus more for topping
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced slivered or chopped almonds (plus more for topping)


  • In a pint size mason jar or other resealable container, add all the ingredients and mix well. Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the following morning. Top with additional fresh or frozen raspberries and almonds and a splash of milk if desired.
