Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce I used my homemade cinnamon apple sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings (optional):

Instructions

  • Add oats, milk, yogurt, apple sauce, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon to a large mason jar. ┬áStir, shake, mix and cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. ┬áTop with almonds, cinnamon and chopped apple.
  • Basically the easiest breakfast ever.
