  • 5 avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white onion diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  • In a medium mixing bowl use a fork to mash together the avocado with the lime juice and salt until desired consistency is reached (smooth versus chunky).
