Papaya Breakfast Boats

  • 1 ripe papaya - cut lengthwise with seeds removed
  • 1 cup yogurt - vanilla or plain are both great options
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • Chopped fruit- anything goes :)


  • Prepare your papaya. Using a large knife, cut your papaya lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Start topping. Yogurt, granola, seeds + nuts, and chopped fruit.
