Mango Avocado Salad

This irresistible Mango Avocado Salad is the ultimate tropical fruit salad and the perfect addition to any summer BBQ, picnic, or family gathering. Made with creamy avocado, papaya, sweet mango, and a zesty homemade dressing, this colorful salad is fresh, sweet, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado - cubed
  • ½ papaya - seeds removed and cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries - chopped
  • 2 cups mango - chopped
  • 1 lime - zested and juiced
  • tablespoon honey
  • Sprinkle of chili powder - optional

Instructions

  • Combine the fresh lime juice and honey in a small bowl until combined. Gently toss the lime juice and honey with the papaya, strawberries, and mango, waiting to add the avocado until just before serving. (Optional - Sprinkle with a dash of chili powder just before serving if desired.)
