Avocado, Papaya and Mango Salad with Honey

  • 1 large avocado - cubed
  • ½ papaya - seeds removed and cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries - chopped
  • 2 cups mango - chopped
  • 1 lime - zested and juiced
  • 1.5 tablespoon honey
  • Sprinkle of chili powder - optional


  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients and gently toss together. Sprinkle with a dash of chili powder just before serving (optional) and serve with rice, chicken, tacos, etc.
