  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonaisse
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk plus more if needed
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Make adjustments as needed for buttermilk, Sriracha, salt and pepper.
