Mix soy sauce, hoisin, mirin, honey, fish sauce, and Chinese five spice. Marinate pork tenderloin in a Ziploc bag for 2-24 hours, turning halfway. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, remove, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

Transfer marinade to a small saucepan, simmer for 3-5 minutes, set aside. Brush pork with marinade, return to oven, cook for 5 minutes, brush again, turn over, bake for 5 more minutes, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
