To make the fruit sangria, combine apples, pears, and orange slices in a large pitcher. Add white wine, pear liqueur, hard apple cider, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to mix the fruits with the alcohol. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
To serve the sangria, add ice to the glasses and fill them about three-quarters full with the prepared sangria mixture. Carefully scoop some apple, pear, and orange slices from the pitcher into each glass using a large wooden spoon. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and top off with tonic water if desired. Enjoy!
