- Pork chops - Salt + pepper - Butter & Olive oil - Onion - Some mushrooms - Italian seasoning

- Red chili flakes - Garlic - Flour - Chicken broth - Heavy cream - Fresh thyme
Pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel and generously season with salt and pepper.
