The air fryer cooks so many things well, and meatballs are one of them! These quick and easy Air Fryer Meatballs are tender and juicy on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. The best part is that you can make them ahead and freeze leftovers for later.

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In the meantime, add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a spatula or with your hands just until combined.
  • Form 1-inch balls from the mixture and place them on a plate until all the mixture has been used.
  • Place them in the air fryer, leaving space between each meatball. Air fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip them and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook these in two batches.)
  • Serve with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

These air fryer meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
