Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard - or dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill - or fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 (16-ounce) package cooked ham steak - or leftover holiday ham
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs - peeled and diced
  • ½ small sweet onion - finely diced
  • ¼ cup celery - finely diced

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and fresh dill in a large bowl. Stir in the ham, eggs, onion, and celery - season with salt to taste (you may not need any as ham is quite salty on its own). Serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley or chives, if desired.

Notes

Keep leftover ham salad stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
