Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice - soy, almond, cow, coconut
  • ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ banana - frozen
  • 1 ZonePerfect Nutrition Bar - (I used Chocolate Peanut Butter)
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, approximately 2 minutes.
