Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice soy, almond, cow, coconut
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 ZonePerfect Nutrition Bar (I used Chocolate Peanut Butter)
  • 1 handful ice
