Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels, then place them on a clean plate and set aside.
  • combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Gently mix to combine.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops generously with the prepared seasoning mixture.
  • Spray the inside basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, then transfer 4-5 pork chops inside the basket (avoid overcrowding).
  • Cook for 4 minutes, then remove the basket, carefully flip each pork chop over, and cook 4-6 more minutes or until the internal temperature registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit as measured by a digital meat thermom
  • Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices settle and keep the meat tender.

Notes

  • Optional: Place a pat of butter (approximately 1/2 tablespoon) on top of each pork chop after flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
