Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe

This Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe is so easy to make in just 10 minutes with a few simple ingredients! It combines creamy and tangy sour cream and mayonnaise with spicy prepared horseradish, zesty lemon, and simple seasoning. It’s the perfect condiment for Prime Rib, Steak, French Dip Sandwiches, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup prepared horseradish
  • ½ lemon - zested and juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl until fully combined. Season with additional salt and black pepper, to taste.
  • Time allowing, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from the refrigerator and garnish with freshly chopped chives, if desired.

Notes

  • Serving size is per 1 cup.
  • Keep leftovers stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
