Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth, then stir in the hot sauce, garlic, and salt. Once combined, gently fold in the chicken, celery, and blue cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and fresh parsley.
To assemble the sliders, place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared pan, keeping them intact. Spread the buffalo chicken mix evenly on top and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Place the top half of the rolls on top then brush on the butter evenly.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden and the cheese fully melts. Garnish with minced parsley and serve with ranch dressing or additional buffalo sauce if desired.
- Best served immediately. Sitting out for too long or storing them in the refrigerator will result in soggy buns. Reheat them in a 350-degree oven for 4-5 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
