I’m heading here tomorrow AM…

A train crossing a bridge over a body of water
via

PRAGUE

I will be away until late Saturday.
Wandering the streets of this old city,
sipping on coffee and tea,
and taking way too many photos.

Who’s been to Prague?
Any advice?
recommendations?

I’ll admit, I am a little nervous.
Prague is a pretty huge city,
and once again, I have no tourist book or map,
and i’m traveling alone.

And, this time, I will have to navigate the subways and trams.
my least favorite thing ever.
but, i can do it.

This is the NUMBER ONE place on my Must-Go in Europe list. I cannot wait to read all about your trip!!

Wow! So exciting! Prague is high on my list of places I NEED to visit. (It's a very, very long list)

Travelling alone can be overwhelming but it's the best way to do it, in my opinion: do what you want, go where you want, stay as long somewhere as you want. I travelled to lots of cities in Europe by myself and I didn't have a chance to be lonely or scared, I was too busy!

    You'll have the BEST time!

Prague is so beautiful! I was 15 when I was there, but I can remember that the price of crystal was ridiculously cheap, so it would be the prefect time to stock up (I got 6 crystal wine glasses for $30 in 2002).
